**Information Security Manager**
- Looking for an Information Security Manager, ideally with background experience either in insurance or financial services. This is a non-technical Information Security role, where you will be responsible for developing security plans and policies in accordance with necessary compliances._
- In addition, you’ll be responsible for outsourcing framework and controls within the ASEAN region, and you'll serve as the firm's Data Protection Officer under Singapore's PDPA._
- This is a full time, permanent position, only open to Singaporeans at this time. The salary range is $7000-8500._

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Cybersecurity team to develop an implement an information security action plan
- Construct and support an incident reporting and tracking system, and constantly review potential improvement measures
- Monitor and assess effectiveness of current information security workflows and controls
- Help manage information security projects in Asia, including automation projects
- Conduct annual on-site reviews of our business units in Asia
- Serve as a Data Protection Officer under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, liaise with relevant authorities as required
- Report to upper management on adherence to applicable laws and regulations, as well as potential security risks
- Regularly review and maintain policies to ensure compliance to all relevant laws and regulations
- Enhance the awareness of information security by developing training tools and materials

**Requirements**:

- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred
- Prior experience in information security, particularly in areas of regional strategy, risk management, and regulatory operations + compliance
- Expertise in information security and cybersecurity risks and controls, processes, workflows, methodologies, and trends
- Knowledge of regulations in information security, particularly either within the insurance or financial services sector
