HR Operations Executive

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Provide direct support to staff on HR-related matters
- Maintain employee records
- Participate in recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding
- Handle staff insurances and claims
- Provide admin support for government survey, grants and programme
- Attend to staff HR enquiries and resolve grievances
- Facilitate payroll processing such as tracking timesheets, salary calculations, and payment
- Calculate commissions using the standard operating procedures
- Resolve any operations related issues
- Liase with vendors with regards to any operations/maintenance needs in store
- Train staff on beauty treatments and sales tactics
- Establishes Standard Operating Procedure throughout all outlets
- Recommend suitable promotion strategies for services and products
- Assess staff skills and performance regularly
- Attend to customer enquiries and schedule appointments for retail department
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/ Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience in retail
- Strong command of English with good communications, writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to translate English HR communications to Mandarin due to high proportion of Mandarin-speaking staff
- Experience with recruitment and HR software will be an added advantage
Work location: Macpherson, 9am - 6:30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
