**About the Role**
Are you passionate about market trends, consumer behavior, and strategic trading? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where data-driven decisions drive success?

Based in Singapore we are seeking a Market and Trading Analyst to provide analytical and commercial support to LNG, Liquids, shipping and new energy transactions. In addition, this role is to support bespoke marketing business led project opportunities which include but may not be limited to LNG import terminal assessments, LNG Tanks utilization and access to new markets.

Key accountabilities include:

- Understand change and performance mindset and participates to achieve desired culture outcomes
- Contribute to delivering on cost reduction efficiencies and value creation strategies as directed
- Acquire a working knowledge of the global and domestic LNG and liquids markets
- Provide analytical support to logistics (tankers and LNG vessels) to aid decisions support
- Support marketing and trading lead new market activities such as receiving terminals
- Support development and implantation of Marketing & Trading digital solutions.
- Provide support on commercial matters and represent Santos with customers and joint venture partners

About You
To stand out in this role, we are looking for professionals with ability to work on multiple tasks within challenging timeframes and has the following essential experience:

- Previous experience in LNG and or liquids preferable
- Proven economic modelling skills and experience preparing and presenting material to senior managers
- Be receptive to change, open to challenge and exhibit an owner’s mindset

Ideally, you have tertiary qualifications in a numerate discipline such as engineering, economics, finance, or commerce and/or relevant work/industry experience
