Job Description & Requirements
- Create drawings and layouts based on the client's requirements.
- Use a variety of CAD software programmes to create designs in 2D and 3D models. 3Ds will also be in a supporting role for clients to visualize our proposals before building them.
- Liaise with consultants (architect, structural, mechanical and electrical engineer) to understand their design and local authority requirements.
- Provide accurate, detailed and to-scale drawings.
- Ensure drawings are compliant with industry and health and safety standards and protocols.
- Conduct site visits and surveys when required.
- Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project, tender, manufacture/construction and installation.

Pre-requisites
- Degree or Diploma in architecture, interior design or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years experience in the Corporate Interior Industry
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- Good in design conceptualization & presentation skills, ability to market designs to clients.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D Max rendering, Photoshop & hand sketch
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet datelines.
- Strong creative senses, working independently and being a team player.
- Pleasant disposition & confident.
- Ability to deal with people of all levels.
