**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Able to verify the measurements for both templates and drawings.
- Able to draft out a detailed drawings using AutoCAD softwares.
- Able to convert the drawings into programme files for the CNC machines.
- Able to do a simple layout plan based on customer's floorplan.
- Able to do quantity takeoff based on customer's floorplan or drawings.
- Able to communicate and coordinates with the machine operators and other stakeholders as well.
Able to perform other ad-hoc job scopes when tasked.

**Requirements**:

- Must be proficient in AutoCAD softwares with at least 1 year of experience in using AutoCAD softwares.
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be hardworking and responsible.
- Independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Must be able to work 6 days work week.
- Able to work beyond normal working hours, should there be a requirement for it.
