**LIFESTYLE EXECUTIVE**

Staff to perform a comprehensive job both as a traditional butler (Property Management) and modern concierge services (Residential Concierge) with focus on enhancing the overall lifestyle and convenience of residents in a private or upscale residential setting. Must have a high level of integrity, attention to detail and a professional proactive approach to meeting the diverse needs of residents. Required to be able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the personal and private matters of residents under their care/watch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personalised Service: Providing a personalized and anticipatory service to meet the unique needs/preference of the residents.
- Household Management: Overseeing the smooth operation of the residential environment, managing, coordinating and collaborating with household staff (including CSO, gardeners, housekeepers, maintenance, security etc) and ensuring a well-maintained and organized space.
- Concierge Services: Offering a wide range of concierge services, such as making reservations, coordinating deliveries, and handling various requests to enhance residents' convenience and comfort.
- Community Engagement: Facilitating community-building activities and fostering a sense of community among residents (eg; possibility of running a raffle draw in promoting community spirit at ASR and winning a handsome prize while at it).
- Travel Coordination: Managing travel arrangements for residents, including itinerary planning, transportation, and accommodation.
- Luxury Procurement: Sourcing and procuring luxury goods, services, and experiences for residents.
- Information and Assistance: Serving as a point of contact for residents, providing information, and assisting with various inquiries.
- Technology Integration: Utilizing technology to streamline services, manage schedules, and enhance communication with residents.
- Recreational and F&B Activities: Occasionally required to organize meal services at residents’ accommodation (eg breakfast spread prior to residents’ arrival) or recreational, and leisure activities to enrich the residential experienceS.
- 44 hours work week
- 5.5 days (including Public Holidays)
- Monday-Friday (9am-6pm) includes 1 hour lunch
- Saturday (9am-1pm)

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
