Finance and Admin Executive

The Scope of your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, which also includes participating in the growth of the Group’s division locally and overseas.
**1. Admin**
- General office admin, Office house-keeping and organization
- Answering of phone calls and taking messages
- Assist with office administrative matters
- Supporting the Office Management with daily office operations
- Data Entry & Updating Systems
- Taking Minutes of Meeting and circulating of information to management.
**2. Accounts Executive**
- Check, verify, record all accounts payable / receivable in a timely manner.
- Liaise with vendors or stake holder if there is any issue with the invoices.
- Record accounts payable and receivable transactions into accounting system monthly.
- Prepare monthly vendor payments
- Check and process staff expense forms in according to the company policies.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Assists in the posting of JV into the General ledger and the preparations of Balance sheets schedule.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly accruals and supporting accounting schedules
- Preparation of intercompany billing, interest calculation and the maintenance of intercompany transactions
- Assist in the compilation of Balance sheet and Balance sheet schedules for entities
- Maintenance and update of bank signatories, credit card record for the group of companies
- Attend to ad-hoc assignment and admin support to Management Team
- Any other duties as so decided by the Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Min 1 to 2 years doing accounts and admin
- Have experience using the accounting software, XERO
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Independent and self motivated
- Good communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
