Key Responsibilities:

- Product Management & Development
- Manage the end-to-end product listing lifecycle, including regulatory submission and coordination with internal teams (e.g., Operations and Technology, SGX Regco) and external stakeholders (issuers, brokers).
- Conduct research, data analysis, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for product enhancement, and identify improvements in the operating and regulatory environment that can help enhance the product offering..
- Oversee pricing policies to ensure alignment with product strategy.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor product performance and track market, investor, and issuer activities.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, covering trading statistics, issuer metrics, and investor engagement insights.
- Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks from data insights and recommend strategic actions aligned with business goals.
- Marketing, Campaigns & Event Management
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with intermediaries and external stakeholders (issuers, brokers) to amplify product awareness.
- Provide market insights to create top-line activation content that can be distribution across channels.
- Support ad hoc training sessions, presentations, and stakeholder education initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, in financial services or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, listing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in campaign execution and content management is a plus
- Self-starter with high accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
