Our Client is a well-established, high-performing investment firm with strong regional remits, seeking an Operational Risk Management AVP. Working within a team, you will be dissecting the existing ORM framework with expert precision and designing corporate-wide operational risk policies aligned with market best practices.
- Coupled with keen business acumen, you will also be looking at RCSAs and formulating win-win scenarios for the business.**You will**:

- Have at least 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience and in-depth knowledge of operational risk tools.
- Possess and excellent understanding of and a proven track record in the implementation of operational processes, risks and controls in the FS industry.
- Have at least some knowledge of financial products. Specific product knowledge is not a requirement.
- Be a strong communicator, able to work well with stakeholders across seniorities.
