**Position Summary**:
The Junior Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing the daily operations of the Central Kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent quality, and timely delivery of all food products. This position involves overseeing multiple production sections, coordinating staff, and maintaining high standards that reflect the All Things Delicious brand across restaurant, catering, and corporate channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production to meet operational and quality standards.
- Coordinate and support CDPs, Commis Chefs, and Kitchen Assistants in their daily tasks.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and production scheduling.
- Ensure proper portion control, recipe adherence, and food cost management.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across all sections.
- Conduct regular training and mentoring to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory, monitor wastage, and plan ingredient needs.
- Participate in new product development and quality assurance initiatives.
- Act as the kitchen lead in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in professional kitchens, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Experience in central kitchen or large-scale food production preferred.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, kitchen safety, and food production systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Creative, adaptable, and committed to maintaining brand quality standards.
