They are hiring for two key tracks under their Sales & Business Development division:
**Advertising Sales**- focusing on digital media solutions across owned platforms
**Influencer Marketing Sales**- focusing on customised KOL/influencer-led campaign solutions

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Advertising Sales (Media Solutions)**
- Generate new business, renew client contracts, and identify upselling opportunities
- Pitch customised paid media proposals across platforms
- Develop media plans aligned with marketing funnels and sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and performance
- Support senior leadership with reporting and strategic client relationships

**Influencer Marketing Sales**
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing and renewal
- Build compelling influencer campaign proposals and pitch decks
- Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach strategies
- Keep up-to-date with pop culture trends, KOL ecosystems, and social media performance metrics
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies

**Advertising Sales**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in media sales or digital business development
- Strong understanding of digital publishing, content marketing, or advertising ecosystems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams

**Influencer Marketing Sales**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or creative/social media agencies
- Proven sales track record and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer metrics, and campaign reporting
- Passion for social trends, digital culture, and KOL engagement
