**Job Description**:
Market and Feasibility Study
- Provide market and feasibility studies for existing hotel and proposed development for condotel, villa and serviced apartment across the region including site inspection,
- Perform financial modelling analysis including cashflow projection and investment return analysis by building benchmark from third party report and obtaining comparable information through industry network for generating primary and secondary com set information to support the accuracy of the forecast.
- Produce and review facilities programme and positioning recommendation for independent hotel asset or hospitality component within a mixed-use development align with other sectors to ensure the highest and best use of the proposed mixed use development for development or acquisition purpose.
- Work with Business Development, Fund Management for deal evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, deal structuring and preparing presentation for management review.

Operator Selection and market evaluation of RFP & changes
- Contacted potential operators for RFP submission for potential development and existing hospitality project including analysing the commercial term and evaluate the proposed brand positioning
- Established Operator Selection Evaluation Module for comparison of shortlisted Operators’ terms of provide recommendations for each sector, such as base fees, incentives, technical services fees and marketing fees analysis.
- Review 10 years cash flow proforma to justify if the proposed cashflow are realistic in line with the market performance
- Generate feedbacks from each department to arrange Q&A and interview session with potential short-listed operators for further negotiation.

Branding Development for self-managed Hospitality Brand
- Sourcing and liaising with Branding Company for RFP and arranging for presentation to relevant department on brand architecture proposal, positioning evaluation for existing owned and proposed hospitality project across the region.

Hospitality deal sourcing and evaluation across the region
- Evaluate potential hospitality investment opportunity in Singapore and Asia Pacific regions
- Participating in the hospitality serviced apartment fund initiatives for deal sourcing, due diligence and recommendation
- Produce transaction comparable research on relevant transaction data

Benchmarking, extracting and evaluating against international Tourism reports
