Perform administrative tasks as part of policy services requirement timely and accurately and work closely with GSSC - Policy admin team to resolve issues, facilitate effective problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform policy administrative activities to produce policy documents timely and accurately.
- Perform other administrative tasks as part of policy services requirement timely and accurately
- Work closely with GSSC - Policy admin team to resolve issues, facilitate effective problem-solving with Underwriting team and GSSC
- Conduct training on policy issuance procedure; update and maintain DTP
- Perform quality check; develop new procedure/ mechanism to support effective policy issuance
- Managing Country Sales and Distribution, Commercial Risk / Personal Lines, Underwriting review and feedback process for complex policies
- Conduct quality audit control checks for processed policies
- Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in respect to processing queries
- Develop good working relationships with all internal customers and stakeholders
- Be the knowledge champion and support team members
- Perform system administrator role for new setup, periodic review
- Participate in projects / initiatives including requirement studies, testing, rollout.
- Review work process and identify improvement actions to maintain high quality service standards and meet operational objectives
- Performance Key Indicator: Efficiency & Effectiveness: Operational Excellence / Annual Productivity Target, Automation rate
- Performance Key Indicator: Customer & Partner Servicing & Satisfaction: Speed - Turn-Around-Time for policy transactions (e.g. bind to issue, issue to dispatch), Quality - Reduced error rate, meeting customer and partner quality goals, Issues/Incident rate for policy issuance, Request for Information (RFI rates)

- Ability to train, motivate and provide feedback to staff
Preferred Education Specifics
- Relevant industry qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in insurance policy services
Preferred Knowledge
- Knowledge in general insurance products
- Fundamental knowledge of sales/customer servicing processes/knowledge in Policy administration processes
- Experienced with insurance systems, preferably with P400
