**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent pipeline development.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in recruitment, or administrative support (preferred).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Availability to work flexible hours
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment.
