**The Job Description**

Ackcio builds reliable industrial IoT solutions to automate the process of monitoring geotechnical and structural sensors across construction, infrastructure, rail and mining. We have clients in over 40 countries across 6 continents. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to boost our growth in the Asia market.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be the go-to person for clients, helping them get the most out of our products.
- When customers run into challenges, you’ll work with them to come up with easy, clear solutions.
- Suggest ways to improve user experience and get more people using our products.
- Guide clients on the best ways to use our products and how they can get the most value.
- Look for ways to help customers expand how they use our product and offer them more value.
- Share customer feedback and ideas for improvement with the rest of the team.
- Share your product expertise in customer interactions to help them succeed.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customers continue to succeed with our solutions.
- Represent customer needs and issues to make sure they’re heard across the company.
- Help the sales team by tailoring solutions during pre-sales discussions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A background in technology, computer science, or IT/networking.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel for customer site visits with on-site troubleshooting work if required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter, both independent and team-oriented.
- Proven track record in customer support and problem resolution.
- Passionate about helping customers succeed.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
