**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for preparing, collecting, compiling, and communicating messages/advice and ensuring compliance with Government procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit relevant documents on time to fulfil the tenders and project timeline.
- Must attend to detailed specifications and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with appropriate parties, both internal (management and team) and external (government agencies, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers), to achieve projects _’ _goals and eliminate information silos.
- Maintain office operation efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and maintain the company database and ensure all the filings are updated.
- Provide the Management with general personal assistance (PA) and administrative support.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and initiatives as assigned and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor _’ _s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Relevant working experience in government procurement policies and processes.
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal), communication skills are essential, as you will need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent, meticulous, and willing to take accountabilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work. Experience in an office administrative role.
