Everyday is an exciting one at Multiplier right now because we are figuring out a real problem in the market and building a brand new product around it. We are looking for smart and talented people who will add on to our collective energy and share the same excitement in making Multiplier a big deal. We are headquartered in Singapore, but our team is remote Roles and Responsibilities: - Generate demand and nurture prospects from awareness to a consideration stage using the display mediums including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, and Google. - Understanding audience behavior and creating the proper segmentation to target and re-market contextually. - Plan & collaborate with the sales team to execute ABM strategies on each segment to acquire dream logos for Multiplier. - Plan programmatic campaigns with impression estimates within the programmatic platforms - Build and execute Paid Social Strategies for Mid Market and Enterprise level brands from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations, including flighting, LTV, cost per acquisitions goals, and budgets - Understand and leverage the different technologies in the stack that can aid better targeting and conversions. - Writing quirky and intriguing ad copies and translating that into visual ideas. Conceptualize and coordinate with the design team to form your ideas and imagination. - Analyze and report spending, performance, and campaign effectiveness. - Ability to create a framework for your thoughts, communicate clearly, and make genuine, compelling pitches - 3+ years of experience working in ad platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and Twitter Ads Managers. Experience with HubSpot and Clearbit is a plus. - Proven experience managing Paid Ads campaigns globally, understanding differences that you can incorporate in campaign creation and execution. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work - You have meticulous attention to detail, are analytical with data-driven skills, and have good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - You are passionate about digital marketing and advertising and stay up-to-date on paid marketing trends. - You are eager to learn, work hard and grow in your career. - You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows. - You are self-motivated and adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
