You will also be responsible for forecasting your revenue, planning your costs and committing to a bottom line. In short, you will run your business in autonomy. **Requirements**: **Your mission, if you accept it**: - Analyzing your target market, using data driven tools to provide the right product offer - Delighting customers/sports users and showing the example by being on the field - Recruiting, managing and developing your dream team - Forecasting, budgeting your business and taking decisions to reach your targets - And much more **Benefits**: Remuneration - Starting from $3700/month, your salary will be reviewed annually based on performance - Monthly bonus, up to 20% of your base salary - Opportunity to become a Shareholder ( >70% of our teammates are shareholders of Decathlon) - Eligibility to receive profit sharing at the end of the year (based on country performances) Be an ambassador - 20% Staff discount on ALL Decathlon products, including bikes, kayaks, tents...
