**Job Overview**:

- The ETL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using tools such as Pentaho or Informatica.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
- Utilize Pentaho and Informatica for building and managing ETL workflows.
- Develop data pipelines and workflows in AWS to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI for effective data visualization and insights.
- Write and optimize Python scripts for data manipulation and transformation tasks. - Monitor ETL processes for performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Document ETL processes, data definitions, and architectural designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ETL tools, specifically Pentaho or Informatica.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Redshift, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data modelling and database design principles.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance best practices

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
