Senior Analytics Product Owner

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Analytics Product Owner to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level analytics products. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging business objectives with data-driven solutions, enabling high-impact decision-making across multiple domains. As a key driver of analytics innovation, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, data teams, and technology leaders to shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of advanced analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and drive the product vision for enterprise analytics solutions that align with long-term business strategies.
- Prioritize and manage the analytics product roadmap based on business value, feasibility, and stakeholder input.
- Champion a user-centric approach to analytics product development, ensuring relevance and usability across departments.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, translating strategic needs into analytics product features.
- Facilitate ongoing engagement with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

3. Analytics Innovation & Governance
- Identify emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to evolve analytics capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure governance, data quality, and compliance across all analytics product implementations.

4. Execution Excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, and Change Management teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Oversee product development lifecycle from ideation to rollout, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Drive continuous product improvements using agile methodologies, iterative feedback loops, and performance insights.

5. Performance Management & Adoption
- Define clear success metrics and KPIs for analytics products, tracking their business impact.
- Lead initiatives to increase user adoption and data literacy through targeted enablement programs, demos, and training sessions.
- Measure return on investment and continuously refine products to maximize business value.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in product ownership or product management roles, with a focus on analytics, data platforms, or BI solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions in large or complex business environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link analytical insights to strategic outcomes.
- Expertise in agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data concepts into actionable business language.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), analytics platforms, cloud data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a high-growth or transformation-driven environment (e.g., FMCG, technology, or consulting).
- Exposure to data governance, AI/ML initiatives, or self-service BI platforms is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching junior team members and promoting analytics best practices across organizations.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
