- Other- Lead team to manage and support the provision of healthcare products and/or services (e.g. home care consumables and assistive devices resourcing programme) by external organisations (e.g. assistive device suppliers) to clients or seniors in the community.
- Guide team to assess proposals by external organisations and establish contractual agreements with measurable performance indicators (e.g. order delivery turnaround time) on the provision of healthcare products and/or services.
- Responsible for internal and external stakeholders management as well as ensure that the team partner external organisations and internal AIC divisions to operationalise seamless processes for order and supply value chain.
- Drive team to redesign business and operational processes without compromising governance (i.e. identify potential problem areas and recommend controls such as improvement procedures and/or automated validation through use of suitable technologies).
- Lead team to implement resigned processes and its corresponding change management.
- Champion initiatives to establish and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement enablers (e.g. IT platform) required to facilitate products and/or services ordering and supply value chain.
- Guide team to define designs and requirements (e.g. user stories or requirements of IT platform and operational workflows) of enablers as well as see through the implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner stakeholders on use of data analytical tools to identify, analyse and interpret patterns and trends (e.g. irregularities in data sets and suppliers’ performance).

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experiences in programme, project and change management and 5 years of managerial experience (i.e. lead a team).
- Private and/or public sector experiences involving process design and/or operations within the supply chain, logistics, retail banking, online retail or healthcare sectors would have added advantage.
- Past experiences in engaging mid to senior management of private and public sector organisation.
- Possesses good working knowledge of Agile methodology and/or data driven or process improvement approaches such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Ability to influence and bring impact to initiatives and effect changes without being seen as confrontational or overbearing.
- Take ownership for team’s deliverables, ability to meet deliverables within timeline and strong ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Possesses analytical, problem solving and inquisitive mindset with an eye for details.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to articulate viewpoints in a clear and concise manner.
