Singapore AGPG ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts.
- Prepare monthly reports for management, etc Sales revenue/profit, and product cost analysis
- Processing of AP/ AR/ GL and bank reconciliation
- Manage and coordinate annual financial reporting and Handling of Petty Cash
- Liaise with internal and external clients (other depts, customers, suppliers, banks, etc)
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of books
- Manage the workflow of the accounting process to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and excel entries.
- Develop and improve controls, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Responsible for quarterly stock take and half-yearly fixed assets sighting. (Inventory)
- Handle other administrative duties as required (filing, banking, mailing, etc)
- Direct report to Manager/Director of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
