his is a add-on position to the accountant role. We are streamlining this new position to give work-life balance: looking for an individual who can handle the finance, administrative and logistics functions of a small ultrasonics cleaning company in AMK with a staff strength of 7 and a representative office in the Philippines.
We prefer a versatile and experience individual with a diploma in business and accounting management or higher with some hands on experience coordinating shipment, documentation and compliance with import-export regulations on top of managing a full set of books.
**Attributes**
- Strong accounting, analytical, administrative, invoicing and shipping skills
- Understand incoterms and able to handle import-export shipments from quotation to PO to invoicing and inventory management.
- Preferably has experience in an SAP/ERP accounting software and able to setup a new cloud based accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferably pivot tables.
- Able to work independently
**Duties**Report to a local director who travels occasionally and others stationed overseas.
- Manage a full set of account including vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges and GL maintenance
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks and ensure timely and accurate preparation of month end closing and financial reporting to HQ
- Prepare quarterly department costing and weekly cash reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirement, deadlines, and tax filing requirements (GST and XBRL during the year end)
- Handle monthly audit schedules leading to year end audit.
- Tallying of the Philippines representative accounting numbers to the main accounting book.
- Payroll, Sales commission calculation and CPF submission
- Year end IR8A compliance to staff taxable benefits
- Liaise with tax agent and company secretary to ensure timeline and correct tax regulatory deductibles.
