**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
- Oversee the migration and management of the Azure environment
- Administer and support the MS365 environment
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Develop and oversee cybersecurity strategies, policies and controls to mitigate risks and protect against cyber threats
- Monitor, analyse and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate remediation measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems and data are properly secured and accessible
- Research and recommend new technologies, tools and best practices to enhance the organisation's IT security posture
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT security practices
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Document IT infrastructure and security processes, and maintain detailed records
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest IT and cybersecurity trends and technologiesAny ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, cloud computing and security technologies
- Expertise in implementing and maintaining security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, access management, and encryption
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools to streamline IT operations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices in IT security
- Ability to occasionally travel to regional offices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
