**THE ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST**

With OIO at the forefront of blockchain solutioning, we are at the stage of expanding our range of product and service offerings in line with the dynamics of an awakened & responsive market. With the robust activities required for the evangelising of the OIO brand and proposition, we are looking for a self-motivated marketing specialist with an acute interest in blockchain, one who envisions the future potential of this new tech.

**OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE**
- Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally.
- Ideate, create and activate lead-gen strategies and manage all social media touchpoints (FB, IG, Linkedin, etc) relevant to OIO’s customer personas.
- Manage short-term and long-term scheduling of marketing activities, adhere to timelines, optimise results, & ensure healthy ROI for budget spent.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate this into actionable insights for marketing.
- Develop relationships with media owners with the objective of maximising publicity and coverage for OIO.
- Organise events, webinars, fireside chats and other activations to amplify OIO and its associated propositions.
- Actively utilise social listening tools, customer relationship management systems, and other forms of business automation solutions to maximise customer outreach and drive performance resonance.
- Suss out relevant KOLs and influencers that have a high affinity with their communities and share with them OIO’s business referral programme.
- Develop marketing materials in line with supporting the sales division.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in contributing to corporate growth through hands-on involvement in the upstream and downstream processes of marketing activities.
- Experience in pursuing growth hacks and producing results exceeding the resources given, without being bound by traditional theory/thinking.
- Have IT knowledge, HubSpot CRM experience, and database management capabilities at the business level.
- Strong interest in blockchain.
