**Job Description**:
**Role description**

MyRepublic Group is looking for a self-motivated individual who will part of the Finance and Accounting team that oversee customers billing and collections. Their duties include processing bills from clients or customers, overseeing the review of monthly balances and maintaining organized financial records of invoices and other documents.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Participate in projects related to product launches and testing
- Attend to sales/customer enquiries on billing. Assist on identifying and resolving billing issues.
- Be part of the end to end process for billing and collections
- Assist in handling and resolving customer tickets for billing enquiries.
- Support customers with payments through various methods (cash, nets, bank transfer, etc.) and check for credibility
- Perform calling activities to assist in collections
- Assists and support in ad hoc tasks relating to billing and process
- Prepare statement of accounts to Enterprise customers
- Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department

- An undergraduate pursuing a Polytechnic diploma/ Bachelors programme in Business/ Finance/ Accounting, preferably in the second/third or final year of studies
- Self-starter with a Get-Things-Done attitude
- Resourceful and learn independently
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Highly adaptable with the ability to work well across departments

- Experienced working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experienced working with partners on commercial deals and collaborations
- Expertise/understanding of the Telecommunications industry
- Proficient in the Google Workplace
- Proven record of ideation, development and execution of projects
