Role Overview
As Program Manager, you will be the architect and orchestrator of Morrow’s recovery therapies, multi-zone classes, and signature events. Your mission is to design programming that embodies our science-meets-soul philosophy, supports our six pillars of lifestyle medicine, and drives member engagement from day one.
**The role unfolds in two phases**:

- Pre-Opening (Strategy & Build) - Curate therapies, craft learning journeys, and map a 90-day launch calendar.
- Post-Opening (Execution & Evolution) - Serve as the go-to strategist, coordinator, and culture-carrier for programming and events across Medical, Recovery, F&B, and Fitness zones.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Pre-Opening
- Curate and justify recovery therapies, customer journeys and packages (cryo, HBOT, red light, contrast, manual therapies) with evidence-based outcomes.
- Partner with HR & L&D to define hiring profiles and onboarding pathways for therapists and zone teams.
- Collaborate with Strategic Operations, Marketing & Finance to establish packages and launch pricing.
- Develop learning journeys with external training schools and the L&D Manager.
- Embed MORROW values into every SOP, script, and training module.
- Produce a 90-day integrated launch calendar with objectives, segments, and success metrics.
- Co-create the Medical Baseline Intention-Setting module for client onboarding.

Post-Opening
- Serve as central strategist and coordinator for all classes, therapies, and events.
- Own the Recovery Zone: therapy-room curation, pricing updates, promotions, and quality standards.
- Source and manage external partners for workshops and signature events.
- Design in-house activations with Zone Managers that showcase each space and reinforce operating principles.
- Drive enrolment and retention with the Membership Team through targeted programming.
- Ensure every activation lives our values: Connection, Impact, Trust, Empowerment—and our principles: Mindful, Ownership, Rhythm, Winning Mindset.
- Supply Marketing with program briefs, stories, and calendars for omni-channel campaigns.
- Track attendance, feedback, and ROI; iterate swiftly to keep offerings fresh and impactful.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5+ years in wellness, hospitality, or experiential programming, with proven success launching new concepts or multi-zone facilities.
- Deep understanding of evidence-based recovery modalities and lifestyle-medicine principles.
- Experience designing learning pathways and collaborating with training institutions.
- Exceptional project-management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Passion for high-touch guest experience and community-building.
- Alignment with Morrow’s purpose, promises, and operating principles.

Nice to Have
- Certifications in exercise science, nutrition, or recovery modalities.
- Background in membership-based or luxury hospitality businesses.
- Familiarity with digital engagement platforms and analytics tools.
