Branch Manager

**Overall Purpose**

The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations, staffing, and program delivery of the gymnastics school. This includes ensuring safety standards, maintaining service quality, managing coaches and schedules, driving enrolments, and ensuring that the school meets its financial and developmental goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day running of the gymnastics centre(s).
- Ensure all facilities, equipment, and apparatus are maintained to safety and competition standards (e.g., FIG, Singapore Gymnastics).
- Manage class schedules, bookings, and timetables to maximize space and resource utilization.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with insurance and regulatory standards.

2. **Customer & Parent Relations**
- Serve as main point of contact for parents and students regarding classes, competitions, and concerns.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Organize parent briefings, showcases, and events to enhance community engagement.
- Maintain a high level of service quality and communication transparency.

3. **Business & Financial Management**
- Monitor class enrolment numbers and optimize class capacity.
- Work with the Director/Finance to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and new program streams.

4. **Events & Competitions**
- Plan and manage internal grading tests, competitions, and school events.
- Coordinate participation in external meets, both local and international.
- Ensure logistics, communication, and athlete preparation are handled efficiently.

5. **Reporting & Administration**
- Prepare operational reports, attendance, and performance summaries.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records.
- Report key issues, incidents, and improvement plans to management.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in gymnastics operations or sports education.
- Familiarity with class scheduling, CRM systems, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,000.00 per month
