**What the role is**
- The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) in MSF provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders and the protection of children and families. We are passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of these children, youth, and families, and are looking for like-minded individuals who share the same passion as us to join our dynamic and life-changing team.
The Clinical and Forensic Psychology Service (CFPS) provides specialized psychological services to children, youth and families in abuse and trauma recovery and forensic mental health. The Corporate Management Unit of CFPS facilitates and ensures the smooth running of the Division’s quality assurance and standards, office management, financial tracking, asset management, internal procurement and staff planning processes.
**What you will be working on**
- You will play a key role in supporting the Division’s administrative, procurement, and resource management functions, as well as coordinate the Division’s quality assurance activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform office administration functions, including conducting ongoing review of assets and resource management, planning and problem solving for new needs, and innovating to improve work processes
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and monitoring of expenditure
- Handle internal procurement, including assisting in planning and drafting procurement needs
- Plan and coordinate CFPS’s annual ISO recertification exercise, including liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors, and working with the CFPS team to prepare ISO documentation
- Write and compile department reports, including regular Division progress reports for management
- Plan, organize and coordinate CFPS’s training events, including events for external partners and stakeholders
- Perform some PA duties to support Director in liaising with stakeholders
**What we are looking for**
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in budget and financial management will be required.
- Independent worker with strong planning and organization skills; innovative problem solver
- Familiarity with procurement processes and ISO certification (or similar quality assurance frameworks) will be an advantage (training will be provided).
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
