The Performance Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for the development and execution of Ninja Van’s performance marketing campaigns, designing a data-driven performance marketing strategy and programme. He/she will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, to drive an effective approach to achieve great results for Ninja Van’s customer acquisition efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute cross-channel paid media campaigns that support growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition and conversion across paid social, search and display for Singapore market
- Identify effective channels that drive greater conversion with varying ad formats and mechanics, and optimize plans to deliver country KPIs
- Report performance results, bringing in data from multiple sources to measure marketing effectiveness
- Analyze media consumption behaviors, channels, and networks to understand where and how to best reach consumers
- Work cross-functionally with regional and local marketing teams to maximize campaign performance for conversions
- Engage with regional Performance Marketing team to align local approach, performance results and optimization plans

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of digital marketing/performance marketing/paid media experience
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and any other relevant digital ad tech tools (certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Shopify, Salesforce is a plus
- Great team player who can thrive in a high growth environment
- Structured and organized approach to performance data with strong proficiency in Excel and analytics, as well as the ability to frame actionable insights from complex data
- Curious about user behavior, passionate about digital marketing, and excited by working with data and experimenting
