Job Summary:
The Tech Lead, Global GenAI Lab HEINEKEN, will play a critical role in the newly established Global GenAI Lab in Singapore. This role will be responsible for the technical leadership, development, and implementation of cutting-edge GenAI solutions. The Tech Lead will lead a team of AI engineers and technical experts, driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of GenAI projects that deliver tangible business value across Heineken’s global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the GenAI Lab's projects, ensuring the development of robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance the lab's capabilities and drive innovation.

GenAI Development & Implementation
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of GenAI solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and optimization.

Team Management & Mentorship
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI engineers and technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across the organization.

Collaboration & Integration
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Global GenAI Lab, Product Management, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Work with Heineken’s Global Cognitive Services Team, Global Hyperautomation Team, and Tiger Tribe to align on technical standards, integration strategies, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with external technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Databricks) to leverage their expertise and integrate their solutions into the lab's projects.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.

**Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.

Technical Expertise:

- Deep understanding of GenAI frameworks, models, and ecosystems, with hands-on experience in tools like OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in machine learning pipelines, model lifecycle management, and MLOps practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
