Genai Solutions Consultant

The GenAI Solutions Consultant will play a key role in Heineken’s Global GenAI Lab in Singapore, driving the adoption and implementation of GenAI solutions across the organization. This role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, shaping GenAI solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products and services. The GenAI Solutions Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of GenAI initiatives that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Management & Business Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across various functions (e.g., sales, marketing, supply chain, HR) to identify opportunities for GenAI to address business challenges and drive innovation.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and other elicitation activities to gather business requirements, understand pain points, and define success metrics for GenAI initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing guidance and expertise on how GenAI can be applied to achieve their objectives.

Solution Shaping & Product Management
- Translate business needs into clear and well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead and AI engineers to define the scope, features, and technical approach for GenAI solutions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and alignment with the lab's strategic objectives.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Project Coordination & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver GenAI projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed and developing mitigation plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and business teams.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, functional teams, and technology partners.
- Communicate the value and benefits of GenAI solutions to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to different audiences.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and other materials to showcase the lab's capabilities and promote the adoption of GenAI solutions.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on technology-driven projects.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies is highly desirable, with a strong interest in GenAI.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a client-facing or consultative role, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
