**Get to know the Role**

The GenAI Engineer plays an essential role in GXS Bank by leveraging Generative AI technology to create innovative and productive solutions.

You are expected to:

- Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions to tackle real-world challenges, elevate GXS Bank's offerings, and transform employee experiences.
- Collaborate across departments to pinpoint opportunities where Generative AI and machine learning can be applied for maximum impact.
- Architect, construct, and launch scalable GenAI solutions utilising LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar platforms.
- Remain at the forefront of Generative AI and machine learning by conducting research and staying informed about the latest breakthroughs.
- Fine-tune and enhance GenAI solutions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Understanding of modern LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Really nice to haves skills**
- Database/query knowledge (DynamoDB, MySQL, Presto, ElasticSearch)
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
