As a Digital Project Executive (LMS), you’re in charge of planning, overseeing, and leading our cloud-based Leads Management System (LMS) development projects. You will be involved in providing training and client servicing for a wide range of SME and Enterprise clients on our LMS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and provide meaningful consultation for a wide range of SME and Enterprise clients for our cloud-based lead management system
- Conduct comprehensive product training to the clients
- Be the main communicator between in-house technical team and clients for extra features to be added or for technical bugs to be fixed
- Management of project timeline and expectation, while building strong relationships in the process to achieve customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in project management, events management, or client-fronting roles
- Creative, self-motivated, highly organized, and possesses an eye for detail
- Good communication (written and version) skills and possess strong presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
- Passion in promoting digital transformation, technology solutions and digital marketing

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
