DESIGNATION : UI/UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

**About the Role**:
As a UX/UI Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting team that creates a fun and amazing user experience across our gaming platforms. Using your design sense and technical capabilities, you will work closely with the product, engineering and marketing team to further improve our products' functionality and digital experiences.

**What you will do**:

- Translate high-level business requirements into tangible user interface designs that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and trends in visual design.
- Work closely with the product, creative and development teams to guide user interface development for various products with different specifications.
- Possess fundamental usability and aesthetic principles to design the user interface to meet elicited requirements.
- Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across varying audiences.
- Drive research, analysis and feedback to deliver actionable insights that continuously improve customer experience and business value.

QUALIFICATIONS

**What you have**:

- 4+ years UI/UX, Product Design experience across Web3.0, Gaming, or Digital-native brands.
- A portfolio that showcases outstanding designs, including a strong foundation in typography, interaction design and visual design that reflects best practices and industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience designing mobile and/or web-based interfaces with a strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Strong expertise with design programs such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize and manage work to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent graphics, layout and UI abilities as well as a keen sense for design.
- Experience working in an Agile development process is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

OTHER INFORMATION

**Bonus**:

- Knowledge of the Web3 and GameFi space is a bonus and not necessary. However, being enthusiastic to learn as much as possible about the ever-evolving Web3.0 world is a must.
- Experience working on video games (Desktop and/or Mobile).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and short notice on pivots.
