- Address their needs and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate arrangement of trial lessons for relevent classes between tutor and student/parents.
- Perform general administrative work (e.g. follow up on enquiries, provide general support to visitors, etc)
- Update and report to Centre Manager on status of enquiries, successful sign-ups, parent/student feedbacks
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Meticulous in details.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
