**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing & Billing**
- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices as per contractual terms.
- Ensure invoices are sent to customers on time and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all invoices and credit memos.

**Accounts Receivable Management**
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) balances and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and share accounts receivable aging reports with management.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer disputes related to invoicing.

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare periodic AR reports, including aging analysis and outstanding balances.
- Assist in financial audits by providing necessary reports and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- **Accounting Knowledge**: Strong understanding of accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to follow up with customers professionally and resolve disputes.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize collections.
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with accounting software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues efficiently.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Familiarity with relevant ERP systems and compliance requirements.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
