
Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process sales and service invoices
- Create Purchase Orders for purchases
- Budget & Forecast
- File and retrieve of documents, records and reports
- Generate monthly bank reconciliation, sales revenue, ageing reports, etc
- Knowledge of AR / AP / month-end closing
- Answering of phone calls
- Follow up on outstanding customer's payment
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Support general admin and operation duties
- Adhoc accounts/admin duties as per assigned by supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administration / HR Management
- Relevant 1-2 years working experience
- Able to work independently without much guidance
- Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
- Familiar with accounting software, Autocount
- Computer literate in MS office, outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
