**Job Summary**:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource and administrative tasks, with a focus on foreign manpower management. This includes handling work passes such as **Work Permits (WP)**, **S Passes**, **In-Principle Approvals (IPA)**, and related compliance matters for the company’s engineering workforce. The role also involves supporting worker accommodations, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Work Pass & Compliance Management**
- Maintain records and ensure **MOM (Ministry of Manpower) compliance**.
- Prepare and submit **documentation for audits and inspections**.
- Track and monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

**2. Foreign Worker Administration**
- Manage **worker accommodations/hostels**, including room allocations and facilities.
- Coordinate **transportation, medical check-ups, and insurance**for foreign workers.
- Handle payroll and levy submissions related to foreign manpower.
- Maintain proper documentation for work-related incidents and disciplinary matters.

**3. General HR & Administrative Support**
- Assist in **recruitment and onboarding**of local and foreign staff.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave management.
- Coordinate company **HR policies, staff welfare programs, and training**.
- Liaise with vendors, government agencies, and internal departments.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years’ experience**in HR or manpower administration, preferably in engineering or construction.
- Knowledge of **MOM regulations**, Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and IPA processes.
- Strong **organizational and communication skills**.
- Proficient in **MS Office**and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle **sensitive information discreetly**.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in **foreign worker administration**in Singapore construction/engineering sector.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and **work independently**.
- Attention to detail with a focus on **compliance and regulatory requirements**.
