Singapore ITW PTE. LTD. Full time

As Customer Support Engineer for ITW EAE Equipment, you will be responsible to resolved field issue within shortest period, follow up on field open issues, conduct training and process support. _
- You also need to support overseas customer visits to resolve issues. _
- You will work closely with ITW EAE technical support global team, engineering, sales team, customers, and distributors in the Asia Pacific region.**Major tasks and responsibilities of position**
- _Manage or resolve customer complaints/problems. _
- _Machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and field upgrades/retrofits. _
- _Conduct machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting courses. _
- _Support customers in developing new processes. _
- _Follow up on-site open issues and warranty claim.**Qualifications**
- Engineering diploma with 3 years (or engineering degree with 1 years) SMT equipment field service experience.**_Essential _**
- _Fluency in spoken and written English. _
- _Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic knowledge. _
- _Follow up on all work-related matters in a timely manner. _
- _PC hardware and network knowledge. _
- _Self-organizing and capable of delivering results reliably. _
- _Excellent methodical approach to problem solving. _
- _Ability to manage customer inquiries in a fair and courteous manner. _
- _Must be able to learn various products and continuously improve product knowledge. _
- _Ability to adapt to all types of environments and comply with client health and safety regulations. _
- _Ability to effectively manage work-related stress. _
- _Possesses good interpersonal skills such as assertiveness, negotiation/persuasion skills. _
- _Effective communication skills, including formal written reports when required. _
