You will report to the Assistant Director and Director in the data management, data monitoring and validation of cardiac related data. You will monitor clinical data and be responsible for the collection, coordination, processing, and quality control of clinical data. You will ensure the smooth operation of clinical data and provide statistical reports to clinician teams and assist in implementation of best practices across the departments through clinical guidelines. You will provide oversight for quality assurance activities and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance programmes. You will play a supporting role in ensuring that clinical outcomes are consistent with current accepted practices. You will manage the team through data validation and management exercise coording to the Ensure Safer Systems requirements. You will conduct data validation reviews and quality improvement audits, and work with data validation team to validate data using improvement methodologies. You will also assist clinicians with data requests for quality improvement projects.

You will manage and facilitate value-based projects with internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee the functions of the value driven care committee. You are required to collect and analyse data, develop methodology for measuring clinical quality indicators and work with domain HODs on interventions to mitigate the clinical quality performance trends. You will also provide support in audits and licensing requirements by the Ministry of Health. You will promote and encourage staff participation in quality improvement programmes. You will provide project consultancy, lead the team in case analysis and follow up on areas for improvement.

You will be required to integrate and analyse data using statistical methods, perform root cause analysis, conduct risk mitigation exercises and work with teams to coordinate projects assigned. You will also coordinate meetings, document meeting proceedings, prepare reports and participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives towards improving patient care.

You are required to lead and mentor the team members, foster good communication and teamwork within the department.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised degree in health science, allied health or nursing with at least 4 years' relevant experience in a healthcare industry
- Experience in benchmarking and statistical tools and techniques and knowledge in improvement methodologies tools and techniques
- Proficient in Tableau would be an advantage
- Able to work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, and a good eye for detail is essential
- Good oral and written communication skills
