**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading provider of labelling solutions for industrial facilities and equipment. Known for their high-quality products, innovative solutions and strong commitment to customer service, our client is well-positioned to continue to be a major player in the market.
- Produce a weekly report forecasting the cash flow and actively monitor the company's cash position
- Responsible for daily monitoring and reporting of bank account activity and balances, and work closely with Assistant Accountant
- Effectively manage and coordinate the Assistant Accountant's work to ensure the execution of the transaction processing tasks
- Responsible for full sets of accounts and month-end closing tasks
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and reports
- Manage and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory filing requirements, including corporate income taxes, payroll taxes and withholdings, VAT/GST, and property taxes
- Aid the Financial Controller in creating annual budgets and ongoing forecasts
- Maintain effective communication with various internal stakeholders throughout the organization
- Assist in compiling necessary documentation for EDB surveys, bank audits, financial audits, and tax audits
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy, or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Great interpersonal skills and comfortable in managing internal stakeholders from regional offices
