- Primarily responsible for building the business through managing and motivating the appointed distributors and direct customers to achieve the overall budgets (sales volume, GMVC and unit GMVC)
- Develop and implement Total’s objectives, goals, strategies, while developing organizational capability and competencies of the distributors that are critical to the achievement of the goals and strategic directions
- Set annual volume targets with distributor and regular stewardship of business direction in line with TotalEnergies’ strategy.
- Analyze sales results and market developments, so as to formulate and implement marketing strategy
- Develop & implement A&P program together with distributors according to the A&P budget allocated
- Monitor the market development as well as competitors’ activities
- Formulate and implement business/marketing plans to strengthen branding and capture market share.
- Develop and implement product price positioning for individual distributors at market acceptable level to optimize GMVC and unit GMVC.
- Advise and provide marketing, sales and technical assistance to distributors, dealers and customers.
- Plan and organize training programs for distributors, dealers and customers.
- Address all requirements / orders from our distributors and customers with internal departments.
- Monitor and manage the credit limits of distributors and customers.
- Regular visits to distributors, dealers and customers to provide marketing, sales and technical assistance.
- Coordinate logistic and technical support to distributor in tenders and new businesses.
- Minimum 3 years’ sales or distributor management experience. Ideally in lubricants market.
- Good inter-personal skills with good command of English
- Good at handling numbers for tender and pricing management
- Selling skills and experience in the lubricants industry will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to travel overseas for missions
- Who wants to develop sales experience/skill to the next level in fast demanding environment
