The Group reported in 2021 global revenues of €18 billion. **Marketing and Communications Lead** The marketing communications lead is responsible for leading and executing both internal and external marketing communications work within Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. **Responsibilities**: **Corporate Branding** - Positively positioning Capgemini’s presence in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, through creative content development and profiling thought leaders in the market - Articulate direction relating to all brand, marketing and communication initiatives, ensure Capgemini is represented accurately and messaging is appropriate in all reference materials - Support the marketing communications efforts for Capgemini’s innovation lab - Applied Innovation Exchange Singapore **Client Relations and Account-Based Marketing** - Support the sales team in crafting client communications materials and running client-related events/activities - Work on dedicated accounts and come up with account-based marketing strategies to further enhance and strengthen our work with our clients - Work with multiple internal and external teams to push for clients’ success story campaigns to position Capgemini’s brand name externally **Public Relations and Digital Marketing** - Lead public relations activities for the regional market, managing all execution and planning overall campaign timelines, project deliverables and resources in accordance with the company’s direction - Work with internal teams and external agencies to align and to achieve maximum impact for all public relations campaigns. Prior media contacts / relationships is desirable. - Craft senior management briefing notes and talking points for any external public engagements - Drive effective social media campaigns and create corporate content for various digital channels to increase engagement and to support business objectives **Sponsorships and Partnerships** - Identify the right type of partnership and collaboration opportunities to accelerate growth and brand visibility - Identify, lead and execute all sponsorship activities within the region, which includes end-to-end planning, delivery and execution (travel will be required at times) **Internal Employee Engagement** - Keep employees engaged with a regular inflow of communication initiatives - newsletters, employee communications materials, intranet site, etc. - Plan and execute townhalls as and when required **Requirements**: - 7+ years of experience in communications and/or marketing - Exceptional ability to oversee, manage and execute multiple projects, thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - A strong team leader and player with good stakeholder management skill - Able to work independently with little supervision - Strong event management skills - High level of attention to detail - Outgoing personality with high tenacity - Proficient command of English (oral and written) - Willing to travel for events when required **Let's talk about what's in it for you** Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
