**Asia Pacific (AP)** team as
**AP POC CRM Finance/ Performance Controlling Expert** to be a
**key contributor to the dynamic of Asia Pacific Controlling team. Supporting the company’s strategy by providing Management financial data analysis and insights to assist on business decisions**. This role will also have
**opportunity to closely work with the HQ and Zone Management team**.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will provide direct support to DX FI Head and DX Finance leadership team on executive presentations such as Region, Global calls & reviews.
- You will support planning activities including Management Target Agreement (MTA)/ Budget, Management Business Review (MBR) and monthly Forecasts.
- You will collaborate with Zone Controllers on the Planning and Reporting processes, supporting Ad hoc analysis as well.
- You will have cross collaboration with Global HQ team, supporting analysis and Ad hoc topics.
- You will be responsible for Region Business Line performance analysis.
- You will provide top and bottom line monthly executive commentary during the closing process with collaboration of Zone Business Finance heads and Controllers.
- You will ensure transparency, analysis and effective communication with Zone Heads advising opportunities for productivity improvement.
- You will promote and influence best practices exchanges, standardized processes, and reporting.
- You will provide guidance and transparency supporting Business decisions.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You hold a successfully completed Degree or higher in Business, Corporate Finance, Commerce or equivalent. Master’s degree is preferred.
- You have at least 10 years of working experience in Management, Financial reporting/ Controlling function and familiar with Healthcare specifically in Diagnostics industry.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You must be comfortable to handle automated tool and dashboard, worksheets, figures, and report in various forms.
- You can work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- You have passion for financial numbers and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- You are proficient in English both written and spoken in a multi-culture working environment.
