**Dual Role: Studio Assistant + Personal Assistant**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare Daily report of our social media progress such as Xiaohongshu, Wechat & Instagram.
- Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the studio director and teachers as instructed.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during studio sessions and edit them for marketing and promotional use.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support studio operations.
- **Communicate effectively in fluent English and Mandarin to interact with our diverse student and parent community, many of whom primarily communicate in Mandarin, and to engage effectively with our target market.**:

- Manage class schedules (teaching is optional) and ensure clear communication with students and parents.
- Promote classes and events through social media and other platforms, **targeting both English and Mandarin-speaking audiences.**:

- Maintain a positive and cheerful presence, contributing to a welcoming studio atmosphere.
- Offer proactive support to students and staff with a helpful, can-do attitude.

**✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Possesses strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, essential for effective communication with our diverse student base from platforms like XHS (Xiaohongshu) or Wechat and for creating inclusive marketing content.
- Has an artistic mindset and a genuine passion for music, dance, or the creative arts.
- Is reliable, cheerful, proactive, and open to constructive feedback.
- Is proficient in using photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut etc) and managing social media platforms.
- Is available to work 6 days a week, with a total of up to 44 hours per week (standard workweek).Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a creative, close-knit studio community.

**Salary & Commission**:

- Monthly Salary: SG1,200-SG3,800 (commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications).Performance Bonus: Commission available when studio income achieves 3x or more of the set target.
