You will work closely with the Managing Director, Deputy Head to ensure the smooth running of the studios.

Assist in the overall management and operations, including administration and front desk duties.

Attend to general inquiries, assist parents in enquiries regarding enrolment.

Oversee all student enrollment matters.

Providing any other administrative supports.

Updating of programmes, activities and events.
- Assist with recruitment onboarding and human resource system.
- Oversee general administration of expenses and claims and support data recording.
- Support employee engagement and welfare.
- Assist in video, photography.
- Manage the Director daily schedule including meetings, conferences, and events. Able to attend events on behalf when needed.

**Requirement**:

- Good customer service
- Good memory skill
- Pleasant working attitude and good communication skills
- Comfortable talking to Parents
- Attentive to details and meticulous in following up on customers' requests.
- Good problem solving & time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and keen to learn

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Minimum 6 months commitment, including weekends.
