At Jacobs, we recognize these challenges and our engineers, scientists, and planners are working together with clients to find the right solutions to their water challenges. Jacobs Singapore would like to welcome a Site Technical Officer (STO) to join our Water team working on exciting Water Main upgrading projects across Singapore. Jacobs role is The Client's Representative for contract supervision works. Main duties: - Carry outstanding supervision of the works in progress on-site - Enter the manhole or sewer for inspection, when necessary - Supervising and verifying contractors’ CCTV video and inspection reports, **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision work in sewerage projects. - Certificate of WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Spaced Operation (previously known as Safety Instruction Course for Supervisors - Manhole (SIC)) will be an added advantage - Certification either under the WRc Sewer Pipeline Assessment and Certification Programme, SgSTT’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Programme or WSQ Certified Used Water Collection Technician will be an added advantage Other information - 44 working hours (5.5 days) per week - 36 months fixed term contract renewable **Jacobs.
