COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

DESIGNATION : Project Technical Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and attend inspections and maintain inspection records
- Preparation of Method statement Submission of engineering documents and reports for Consultant's clearance
- Provide technical input and work with drafter for development of shop drawings, as built drawings
- To work on AutoCAD
- Coordinate with the site team, surveyor for construction works
- Perform submissions to relevant Agencies/ Authorities, such as consultations and clearances from SPPG, LTA, NParks;
- Track, follow up and obtain clearance for submissions to the main consultant.
- Conduct site inspection, generate inspection records and other site records, and prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report, etc.).
- Preparation of daily progress summary and monthly progress report Assist Project Manager in keeping track of material specifications, delivery, and documentation submission
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning and execution, and ensuring the smooth progress of works
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in any construction-related field from any local polytechnic; or qualifications acceptable to IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Council (JAC) as a Resident Technical Officer for civil engineering works
- At least 3 years of relevant practical experience in constructions or civil engineering industry
- Experience in pipe jacking and water pipe laying is required
- Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD is required

- Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills
- 6 days work week
