**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

We are looking for a **Regional Financial Controller, MEA ASPACase enter job title** in 11 Bioppolis Way, #10-04 Helios, Singapore 138667 SGP. Your mission will be to:
Reporting to the Vice-President of the MEA ASPAC Region, you are part of the regional leadership team and your main missions are:
**1. Financial Oversight and Controlling**
- Financial Reporting: Review individual financial statements from the six countries, as well as MEA ASPAC consolidated financial statements, ensuring consistency with the global finance team’s requirements.
- Budgeting & Rolling Forecasting: Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts across the region, ensuring they align with both local and global objectives.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze financial performance across countries, comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts, and identifying trends or areas of concern.
- Financial Control: Ensure that each country's financial activities are compliant with regional and global financial policies, including local regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

**2. Coordination with Country Financial Managers**
- Guidance & Support: Act as a liaison between local Financial Managers and the global finance team, providing financial guidance, sharing best practices among countries, and helping to resolve issues.
- Standardization: Ensure integration and harmonization of financial processes, reporting formats, and tools across the region to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Review & Approval: Oversee major financial decisions, investments, and expenditures made by each country, providing oversight to ensure alignment with global objectives.

**3. Strategic Planning & Business Partnering**
- Regional Strategy Development: Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the region's business goals.
- Business Partnering: Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, working closely with the regional management team and global finance to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks within the region and develop strategies to mitigate them, including currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, or economic instability in any of the countries.

**4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Liquidity Management: Oversee the cash flow position of the region, ensuring there are sufficient funds for operational needs and growth investments.
- Treasury Coordination: Work with local Finans and the global treasury team to manage regional currency exposure, banking relationships, and optimize working capital.

**5. Cost Efficiency & Process Improvement**
- Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the region, ensuring efficiency in spending and resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Lead efforts to streamline financial processes, reporting, and systems across the region to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency in financial operations.

**7. Reporting to global Finance Team**
- Alignment with Global Strategy: Ensure that regional financial strategies and operations are aligned with the global finance team’s overall global objectives and policies.
- Regular Communication: Maintain regular communication with the global finance team, providing updates on the region’s financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Lead monthly and quaterly business reviews for the region.
- Performance Metrics: Provide regular reports to global finance on key financial metrics, ensuring the region meets or exceeds the set financial targets.

**8. Leadership and Team Development**
- Team Management: While the direct financial management in each country is handled by local Finance Managers, the regional Controller plays a key role in ensuring collaboration and consistency across financial teams.
- Talent Development: Identify training and development needs for finance teams across the region and help develop finance talent for both regional and global roles.
